Answer: T/T in advance or 30% deposit and 70% before delivery (optional)
Q7. How do you provide the warranty? How to deal with defective product?
Answer: Our defective rate is about 1‰-3‰, if you receive any defective product or any defective
happen during the warranty period, please collect them first, but we need pictures or video to prove the defective comes from our quality problem then we will send you new ones to replace them. If you need them urgently, we will send via DHL/UPS/FedEx; if not so urgently, we will send them on your next shipment.
