Normally, the humming of dimmable led driver when testing is coming from the output side, the PWM output shaking. If the screw terminal didn’t be screwed tightly then it will has a minor buzzing when dimming, hence we suggest you can use screw terminal to connect the led lighting with the ETL listed dimming power supply.
About the issue of PWM shake cause the slightly buzzing, we have adjust our PWM output from 430Hz to 20KHz, which is greatly help to eliminate the buzzing from output side of dimmable led driver.
