If the users want to measure the output voltage of the led driver with pwm dimming output, if the power supply is not connected to the dimmer, they can use a multimeter to test the maximum output voltage of the power supply.

But if the dimmer is connected with a dimmer, the output voltage of the pwm dimmable led power supply can not be measured in this way. Any dimming power supply with PWM output will enter the dimming state after the dimmer is connected, at this time output PWM is variable, it is inaccurate to test the output voltage with a multimeter. The value of voltage is not the rated output voltage of the power supply.
