Non-dimmable LED Driver
What is the difference between 0-10V dimming, 1-10V dimming and 10v PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal dimming in 0-10v dimmable drivers? Mar 29, 2021

Smarts Offer ce ETL UL 0-10v dimming driver in the market, they are dim by 0/1-10v , 10V PWM signal and resistance, we called 3 in 1 dimmable drivers. They are wattage from 20w to 200w dimmable driver, 12v dc and 24vdc range, then what is the difference in each dimming mode?

0/1-10V dimming: the dimme is 1-10V range: when the resistance dimmer is adjusted to the minimum 1V, the current that changes the output is also 10%, such as when its 10V (adjusted to the maximum), The output current will also reach 100% of the power output, and the brightness will also be 100%. (The output voltage is unchanged).

10v PWM signal: The frequency of the PWM output is larger than 500Hz, and the amplitude is over 10V., dim the LEDs by changing the width of PWM output. The output of the PWM dimming system is a 10V PWM signal. After passing through the signal port, it is converted into a DC0-10V DC signal to control the power output current of dimmable power supply to achieve the dimming effect.

Resistance dimming: The 3 in 1 dimmable driver has voltage of 10v. It can receive an external voltage signal to achieve dimming. You can also change the voltage of the signal port in the dimmable driver by resistor to control the output current of the power supply to achieve the dimming effect.
